Delivery & Returns

For all products that you buy in one of our webshop, a delivery time of 1 to 4 working days applies. Although we almost always have all products in stock, it can happen that a product is temporarily sold out.
If you buy several products, of which one is not in stock, you will receive the entire purchase at home when all items of your order are complete and shipped.
Track & Trace
After the order, you will receive an e-mail from us at the time of sending with a shipping confirmation and the PostNL package number. With this package number you can track the shipment online on the PostNL website via track & trace. Please note that our logistics partners do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery of order
Your order is being handled by PostNL at the address indicated by you, or you can pick it up at the post office if you have chosen for this option. If you are not at home to receive the package, an attempt will be made to deliver this to one of your neighbors. If this does not succeed, PostNL will leave a message where you can make an appointment at for a next delivery attempt. You will also find the option here to have the package sent directly to a PostNL collection point in your area, where you can pick it up. A total of two attempts will be made to deliver the package to you, if this has not yet been successful, PostNL will leave a collection message with which you can collect the package within 2 weeks at a PostNL collection point in your area, on presentation of the collection receipt.
After this collection period has expired, the package will be returned to Fameworks.
If you still want to receive the item, we will have to charge shipping costs again.
Shipping costs
We charge shipping costs for sending your order. For handling and shipping within the Netherlands you pay € 6.95 in shipping costs, regardless of the number of items you place per order. The shipping costs for Belgium or other European countries are € 13.95.
You can return products in case of:
- A defect product:
If a product is defect, you must immediately report this to us via, stating the order number and the name of the webshop. We will then exchange the product for you and will not charge extra shipping costs for this. You can find our return address at the bottom of this page.
- Use of your right of withdrawal / trial period:
You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Products used or damaged by you are excluded from this. If you wish to make use of this right, you must notify us by email. After reporting this, you must immediately return the product to Fameworks. You will find our address at the bottom of the page.
The return shipment must be returned immediately after termination of the purchase at its own expense. Unstamped shipments will not be accepted. After receiving the return shipment, Fameworks will refund the purchase amount.
If upon receipt of a return shipment it appears that the product has been used or damaged, or if it concerns a customized product, then Fameworks reserves the right to apply a deduction to the amount to be refunded or to refuse the returned product. . In this case Fameworks will inform you by email.
